Jhuwani Community Library (JCL), Bachhauli Village Development Committee, Chitwan District, Central Development Region of Nepal. JCL has more than 4,000 books and a mobile facility especially for community women and children. The library has eight PCs, Internet access, phone connection, fax, laminator, printer and scanning services.
